About
About TomaCorp
TomaCorp is an independent publication reviewing software and SaaS products for small businesses, creators and growing teams.
What we do
We publish detailed reviews and comparisons of business software, with an emphasis on the questions buyers actually get stuck on: what a plan really includes, where a product’s ceilings are, what the acceptable use policy permits, and which kind of business a tool genuinely suits. Our reviews are long because the useful detail is in the limits, and limits take explaining.
We are not an affiliate of the companies we write about, and we do not publish vendor supplied copy. Every factual claim in our reviews is sourced to the vendor’s own current documentation and cited so you can check it yourself.

How we make money
TomaCorp earns revenue through affiliate commissions. When you follow certain links to a vendor and go on to buy a subscription, we may receive a commission at no additional cost to you. We hold affiliate relationships with some of the products we cover and not with others, and we tell you which is which on each page where it is relevant.
We do not accept payment for favourable coverage, and we do not let a vendor review an article before it is published. We will not tell you that commercial relationships have no influence on our work, because you have no way to verify that claim. Instead we try to make the influence visible: affiliate links are labelled at the point of use, every recommendation is tied to a stated requirement rather than offered in general, and we recommend against products we are paid to refer where they are the wrong fit. Our full approach is set out in our editorial policy and affiliate disclosure.
How we test, and what we do not test
We distinguish clearly between desk research and hands-on testing, and we state which one produced each article. Desk research means reading the vendor’s current pricing pages, help centre and policy documents and comparing them. Hands-on testing means creating an account and using the product, which we label explicitly when we have done it.
We do not publish scores, star ratings, or badges such as best overall, because a number implies a measurement precision our method does not support. We also do not publish deliverability verdicts, because credible deliverability comparison needs controlled seed list testing over time.
Corrections
Software pricing and plan contents change frequently, and some of our figures will go out of date. If you find an error, contact us and we will verify it against the vendor’s current documentation and correct the page with a dated note. We treat correction requests from vendors the same way we treat them from readers: we check the source.
