MailerLite Review 2026: Pricing, Features, Pros and Cons

MailerLite is cheap, genuinely easy to use, and does not tier its features, which makes it strong value for newsletters and straightforward campaigns. It also caps automation at 100 steps even on its top plan, has no webinar hosting or funnel builder, and lists affiliate marketing as not permitted under its Terms of Use. We work through all of it, with current pricing, and compare it against GetResponse plan by plan.

How we work

  • We cite the vendor’s own documentation, with the date we read it.
  • We say whether an article is desk research or hands-on testing.
  • We publish no scores, stars or best overall badges.
  • We name the plan a feature sits on, rather than calling it missing.
  • We label every affiliate link where you click it.

What we cover

We focus on the software categories where plan structures are confusing, pricing scales in ways buyers do not expect, and acceptable use policies quietly rule out whole business models. Email marketing and marketing automation are where we have published first.

Email marketing and automation

Platform reviews and head to head comparisons, with attention to automation ceilings, sending limits, segmentation, and what each acceptable use policy actually permits.

We would rather publish a small number of thorough reviews than a large number of thin ones, so this list grows slowly and deliberately.
